The Kadova® Edam / Mimolette cheese mould internally has a diameter of 190 mm and the typical Edam bullet shape in the lid and mould bottom. The total mould height including the mould net is 184 mm.

With this mould a cheese can be made of approx. 4 kg, depending on the quantity of curd you fill the mould with. 

The Kadova® Edam cheese cheese mould has been completely made from plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the cheese mould have been approved for direct contact with foodstuffs. 

The cheese mould exist of 4 parts: mould, mould net, lid and lid net. The nets also have been completely made of plastic. The nets ensure the drainage of the whey and the forming of the rind
The use of the nets provides a beautiful smooth crust, without any pleads

The nets can be removed from the mould as well as from the lid. The four cheese mould components each can be reordered separately. The required components you can find in our web shop. 

Cleaning. 
When you remove mould - and lid net all four components can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the components overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. Because of the vulnerability of the nets the temperature of the cleaning liquid must not exceed 55° C

The Kadova® Edam cheese mould internally has a diameter of 151 mm and the typical Edam bullet shape in the lid and mould bottom. The total mould height including the mould net is 225 mm.

With this mould a cheese can be made of approx. 2 – 2,5 kg, depending on the quantity of curd you fill the mould with.
