This Kadova® Tomme D 83 mm H 93 mm internally has a diameter of 105 mm and an outside height of 89 mm. 
The mould is executed with straight corners, the lid plate is flat.

With this Kadova® Tomme mould a cheese can be made of approx. 225 gr, depending on the quantity of curd you fill the mould with. 

The cheese mould has been completely made from plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the cheese mould have been approved for direct contact with foodstuffs. 

The cheese mould exist of 4 parts: mould, mould net, lid and lid net. The nets also have been completely made of plastic. The nets ensure the drainage of the whey and the forming of the rind
The use of the nets provides a beautiful smooth crust, without any pleads

The nets can be removed from the mould and from the lid. The four cheese mould components each can be (re)ordered separately. The required components you can find in this web shop. 

Cleaning. 
When you remove mould - and lid net all four components can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the components overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. Because of the vulnerability of the nets the temperature of the cleaning liquid must not exceed 55° C. In case of cleaning only the lid and the mould the temperature of the cleaning liquid may not exceed 80° C
