This  Kadova® Tomme D 83 mm H 93 mm internally has a diameter of 83 mm and an outside height of 89 mm. 
The mould is executed with straight corners, the lid plate is flat.

With this mould a cheese can be made of approx. 225 gr, depending on the quantity of curd you fill the mould with. 

The cheese mould has been completely made from plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the cheese mould have been approved for direct contact with foodstuffs. 

The cheese mould exist of 4 parts: mould, mould net, lid and lid net. The nets also have been completely made of plastic. The nets ensure the drainage of the whey and the forming of the rind
The use of the nets provides a beautiful smooth crust, without any pleads

The nets can be removed from the mould and from the lid. The four cheese mould components each can be (re)ordered separately
