Kadova ® Cheese Moulds are ideally suited for use inf fully automated production processes as well as in a manual traditional or artisanal way of cheese making.

In each shape moulds are available in various cheese weights. Available shapes/models are:

• Baby Gouda: 200 gram – 1 kg.
• Gouda: 1,5 kg – 15 kg.
• Edam: 0,5 kg – 4 kg.
• Broodkaas (rechthoekig): 2 kg – 5 kg.
• Tomme: 225 gram – 1,7 kg.
• St. Paulin: 1,8 kg – 2,5 kg.
• Cylindrical:
• Manchego: 3 kg.
