The Kadova® Broodkaas lid is executed with the a small radius of 15 mm and has whey drainage holes.
The lid has been completely made from plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the lid have been approved for direct contact with foodstuffs..
Just like this lid the other Kadova® cheese mould parts can be ordered separately. The required parts you can find in our web shop.
Cleaning.
The lid can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the mould overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. In case of cleaning only the lid the temperature of the cleaning liquid may not exceed 80°C.
