Kadova® Mimolette Edam 4 kg Volgernet

Het net is passend voor de Edam Mimolette 4 kg volger.

The net is made entirely of plastic material .
The raw materials used in the production of the grid are approved for direct contact with foodstuffs.

Het net zorgt voor de drainage van de wei, voor de vorming van de korst en tevens voor een gladde korst die vrij is van doekvouwen.
Het net kan met behulp van een kleine schroevendraaier o.i.d. van de volger verwijderd worden.
Vóór montage verdient het aanbeveling een deel van de ring van de volger enigszins voor te verwarmen, maar niet hoger dan 55°C!
Net als dit net kunnen ook de overige onderdelen van de Edam (Mimolette) 4 kg kaasvorm los nabesteld worden.

Cleaning.
When you remove mould and lid net all four parts can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the parts overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. Because of the vulnerability of the nets the temperature of the cleaning liquid must not exceed 55°C.
