On the inside the Kadova® mould in the bottom has the Gouda radius of R = 30 mm. The mould is executed with whey drainage holes in bottom and wall.
The mold is made of fully plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the mold have been approved for direct contact with food. Like this mold, the other components of this Gouda 5/6 cheese mold can be ordered separately. You can find the necessary components in our webshop.
The mould can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the mould overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. In case of cleaning only the mould the temperature of the cleaning liquid may not exceed 80°C.
