The Kadova\u00ae Baby Gouda 450 gram mould has an internal diameter of 110 mm and a radius of 25 mm
\nWith this mould a cheese can be made of 400 - 500 grams depending on the amount of curd put in the mould.<\/p>\n

The Kadova\u00ae cheese mould has been completely made from plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the cheese mould have been approved for direct contact with foodstuffs.

\nThe cheese mould consists of 4 parts: mould, mould net, lid and lid net. The nets also have been completely made of plastic. The nets ensure the drainage of the whey and the moulding of the rind. \nThe use of the nets provides a beautiful smooth crust, without any pleads. \n\nThe nets can be removed from the mould and from the lid. Cleaning. <\/u><\/strong>
\nWhen you remove mould and lid net all four parts can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the parts overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. Because of the vulnerability of the nets the temperature of the cleaning liquid must not exceed 55\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
