On the inside the Kadova® mould in the bottom has the Gouda radius of R = 20 mm.
The mould is executed with whey drainage holes in bottom and wall.
The mould has been completely made from plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the mould have been approved for direct contact with foodstuffs. Just like this mould the other Kadova® Baby Gouda 200 gram cheese mould spare parts can be ordered separately. The required parts can be found in our web shop.
The mould can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the mould overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. In case of cleaning only the mould the temperature of the cleaning liquid may not exceed 80°C.
