Kadova® Edam 0,5 – 0,85 kg Mould

The mould is executed with whey drainage holes in bottom and wall.

The mould is entirely made of plastic .
The raw materials used in the manufacture of the mould are approved for direct contact with food.

Cleaning.
The mould can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the mould overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. In case of cleaning only the mould the temperature of the cleaning liquid may not exceed 80°C.
