The Kadova® Tomme D84 H76 lid is flat and has drainage holes to drain the whey.
The mould is executed with whey drainage holes in bottom and wall.
The lid has been completely made from plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the lid have been approved for direct contact with foodstuffs.

When you remove mould and lid net all four parts can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the parts overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. Because of the vulnerability of the nets the temperature of the cleaning liquid must not exceed 55°C.
