Kadova® Broodkaas 2 – 2,5 kg Mould

The mould internally is executed with a 15 mm Radius.
The mould is executed with whey drainage holes in bottom and wall.

The mould is made entirely of plastic material .
The raw materials used to manufacture the mould are approved for direct food contact.

Cleaning.
The mould can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the mould overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. In case of cleaning only the mould the temperature of the cleaning liquid may not exceed 80°C.
