Kadova® Cylindrical D130 H126 mm Cheese mould

The Kadova® cylindrical cheese mold has an internal diameter of 130 mm and an external height of 126 mm.
At the bottom the mould has a small radius of 5 mm, the lid is flat.
With this mould a cheese can be made of 900 - 1000 grams depending on the amount of curd put in the mould.

The Kadova® cheese mould has been completely made from plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the cheese mould have been approved for direct contact with foodstuffs.

The cheese mould consists of 4 parts: mould, mould net, lid and lid net. The nets also have been completely made of plastic. The nets ensure the drainage of the whey and the moulding of the rind. The use of the nets provides a beautiful smooth crust, without any pleads. The nets can be removed from the mould and from the lid. The four cheese mould spare parts can be ordered separately. Cleaning.
When you remove mould and lid net all four parts can be cleaned separately. This can take place by immersing the parts overnight in a cleaning liquid. The use of a brush improves the final result. Because of the vulnerability of the nets the temperature of the cleaning liquid must not exceed 55°C.
